Terms of Service

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of AdMergen, the ad management application provided by Eray Şimşek at ads.eraysimsek.com ("AdMergen", "the service"). By using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

AdMergen analyzes your Google Ads accounts, shows findings, recommendations and performance reports, and makes changes in your account with your approval. It includes AI-assisted summaries and ad copy suggestions. The service is in early access and features may change.

3. Your account and access

• You sign in with Google or with the email address assigned to you. You are responsible for keeping your account and login links secure.
• You may only connect Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage.
• Agency accounts are responsible for ensuring that the client users they add are authorized and that their clients have agreed.

4. Your Google Ads account and spend

• Ad spend is between you and Google and is paid directly to Google. AdMergen does not collect your ad budget.
• AdMergen only makes changes you approve. You are responsible for the results of changes you approve.
• Every change is logged and can be undone in the app. Undoing a change does not refund spend that occurred before it was undone.
• Google Ads policies always apply. Restrictions Google places on ads or accounts are outside AdMergen's control.

5. Recommendations and AI

• Analyses and recommendations are based on your account data but may be wrong or incomplete. No specific result, sales or cost is guaranteed.
• AI-generated ad copy is reviewed by you before it is published. You are responsible for its accuracy and for it matching what your business actually offers.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal or misleading ads or for ads that violate Google Ads policies. Attempts to bypass security, access other people's accounts or overload the service with automated requests are not allowed.

7. Fees

New users can try the service free for 30 days. No card details are required for the trial and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Prices and terms will be announced before any paid use starts; if you do not accept them you may stop using the service.

8. Intellectual property

The AdMergen software, design and content belong to Eray Şimşek. Your account data and ad content belong to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time. Access may be suspended for accounts that violate these terms. If the service is discontinued, users will be notified in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, ad spend, data loss or indirect damages. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We announce significant changes in the app or by email; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
