In short
- AdMergen connects to your Google Ads account only with the permission you grant on Google's own consent screen.
- We use your account data only to give you analysis, recommendations and reports. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- We never change anything in your account without your approval. Every change is logged and can be undone.
- You can disconnect at any time and ask us to delete your data.
1. Scope
This policy covers the AdMergen ad management application at ads.eraysimsek.com ("AdMergen", "we"). The service is provided by Eray Şimşek, who is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
2. Data we collect
When you sign in with Google
We request these permissions:

We store the refresh token Google issues for Google Ads access on our server. It lets us access your account until you disconnect.
Information you enter
- The description of your business goal, your website address, and settings such as target cost per conversion or ROAS.
- For agency accounts: the name and email address of client users they add.
Information created automatically
- A signed session cookie that keeps you signed in.
- Interface preferences stored in your browser (theme, chosen columns, date range). These are not sent to our server.
- Server logs (IP address, request time and path) for security and troubleshooting.
- A log of changes made through the app: what changed, old and new value, who made it and when.
- Email sign-in codes and login links, stored only as irreversible hashes.
Your website
When you run a conversion tracking check, we read the public source code of your website and ad landing pages. We do not access pages that require a login.
3. How we use data
- To run an account health analysis and show findings and recommendations.
- To show performance tables, charts and reports.
- To diagnose Quality Score, suggest ad copy and check conversion tags.
- To make changes in your account only after you approve them (pausing, budgets, bids, negative keywords, locations, ad text) and to keep a log so you can undo them.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
4. Google user data and Limited Use
AdMergen's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of the app.
- We do not sell this data or use it for serving ads, retargeting or personalized advertising.
- We do not use this data to train generalized AI or machine learning models, and we do not transfer it for that purpose.
- We share it only with the service providers needed to deliver the feature (section 5), when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
- No human reads your data unless you allow it (for example, a support request), for security purposes, to comply with the law, or in aggregated and anonymized form.

Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye.
6. Retention
- Account data and analyses are kept while your account is connected to AdMergen.
- When you disconnect or ask for deletion, your data is deleted from our servers and backups within 30 days.
- Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and login links after 7 days.
- Records we must keep by law are kept for the required period.
7. Revoking access and deleting your data
- You can revoke AdMergen's access to your Google account at any time on your Google Account permissions page.
- To have your data deleted, contact us using the details below. We complete requests within 30 days.
8. Security
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Data is kept on an access-restricted server; session cookies are signed.
- Sign-in codes and links are stored as hashes and attempts are limited.
- Each user can only see the Google Ads accounts assigned to them.
9. Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
10. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, ask for correction or deletion, object to outcomes of automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Contact us using the details below.
11. Children
AdMergen is a business tool and is not intended for people under 18.
12. Changes
When we update this policy we change the date at the top. We announce significant changes in the app or by email.
